Return & Exchange Guidelines
Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached

1 Initiate Your Return

- Pack items securely to prevent damage during return shipping
- Include your original order number and contact information

Refund Information
Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Please specify the item you wish to exchange for in your return request. We’ll ship your replacement once we receive the original item.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the highest quality and hygiene standards for all our cosplayers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Swimsuits (for hygiene reasons)
- Opened or used costumes that show signs of wear
- Custom-made or altered items from our “Original Design” collection
- Items without original tags or packaging
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong costume, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no additional cost.
