- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Original packaging must be intact
- All tags must be attached

Refund Information
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error.
Exchange Process
Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Please specify the item you wish to exchange for in your return request. We’ll ship your replacement once we receive the original item.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the highest quality and hygiene standards for all our cosplayers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Swimsuits (for hygiene reasons)
- Opened or used costumes showing signs of wear
- Custom-made or altered items from our “Original Design” collection
- Items without original tags or packaging
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or wrong costume, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no additional cost.
